FAQ & Survival Guide
- TNT and The Crypt is a contact haunt. Actors may make light physical contact as part of the experience. If you have concerns, please speak with a staff member before entering.
- Guests must be 13 years or older to enter. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We strongly advise parental discretion for guests under 16 due to extreme content.
- The Crypt is open nightly October 2 – November 7, 2026. Gates open at 7:00 PM, last entry at 11:00 PM. Extended hours on Halloween (Oct 31): 7PM – Midnight. Fri & Sat: 7PM – 11PM. Weds, Thurs, Sun: 7PM – 10PM.
- General Admission is $40 per person and includes all six attractions. The Fast Pass is $20 per person upgrade and includes skip the line access for all six attractions. The RIP Terror Pass is $65 per person and includes priority queue access, exclusive RIP Lanyard, The Crypt commemorative gift, and photos with actors.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges after purchase. No refunds for early exits. No exceptions.
- The Crypt is not recommended for guests with heart conditions, seizure disorders, pregnancy, severe anxiety, or claustrophobia. Strobe lights, fog effects, extreme darkness, and loud sounds are used throughout.
- Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose or flowing clothing that could catch on set pieces. Costumes are welcome but must be family-appropriate and cannot include realistic weapons.
- Phones are permitted but we strongly recommend securing them in a pocket. The Crypt is not responsible for lost or damaged devices. Flash photography is prohibited inside attractions.
- Each attraction admits groups of 2–6 people at a time. Groups larger than 6 will be split. For private buyouts or corporate events, contact us directly.
- Free parking is available on-site at 3801 E. Washington ST., Phoenix, AZ 85034. Follow signage upon arrival.
